While we have multiple wedding and event packages that offer a wide range of assistance, each wedding, event and budget is different.  If you do not see a package that fits your needs, don’t worry, we will work with you to create a package that suits your needs and your budget.


Wedding Packages

… From “I Will” to “I Do”…


According to experts, the average wedding used to cost $10,000. Now, that average has more than doubled to approximately $25,000. So lets say you spend somewhere in between these two figures on all the details of your wedding.

Now, all details are planned for, but who will sort them out? Who will coordinate with the vendors on the big day? Who will create the timeline for the day, and make sure everything goes according to your plan? Who will set all your wonderful decorations up? Who will clean up afterwards? Sure, the Mother of the Bride (MOB) or an aunt or sister could do these things. Or the bride herself could try.

I have 30+ years of wedding planning experience, and I can promise you this; it is a bigger job than you think.  Besides that, the bride shouldn’t be worrying about details, meeting with vendors, setting up the reception and making sure everyone is where they need to be. This is HER day. The mother of the bride, aunts, sisters, etc. should be enjoying their loved ones big day as well. Wouldn’t it be great if there was someone who could handle all the details, help you plan and organize, and then take control of everything on the big day so the bride, groom, family and friends can all just show up to the celebration and enjoy themselves? All Inclusive Package


After we establish your desired budget, we will discuss the many details and creatively plan your event. This is a full service wedding package for the busy bride who needs help with every aspect of the planning process. This All-Inclusive Package includes the following:


  • Unlimited consults with bridal couple
  • Access to planner’s secret Pinterest boards** (see below)
  • Create checklists and timelines
  • Complete and unlimited vendor assistance from planning to post-wedding
  • Complete venue assistance for ceremony, reception & rehearsal dinner
  • Develop floor plan & timeline for ceremony and reception
  • Assistance establishing a style and theme for your event
  • Secure hotel or B & B accommodations
  • Assist in securing clergy or officiant, if needed
  • Securing any rental equipment
  • Assist in arranging music details and securing musicians/djs
  • Pin flowers on wedding party and family and distribute bouquets
  • Coordinate any transportation needs
  • Organize & direct wedding rehearsal
  • Direct entire wedding ceremony & reception on the wedding day
  • Clean up reception, close out vendors, return rentals, make sure the bride & groom’s gifts, cake top, (or anything else they want saved) gets to them, among many other ‘after-the-event’ details
  • Any and all other details that arise


Out-of-Towner Package


We live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and there is so much to see and experience. The Out-of-Towner package has everything the All-Inclusive package offers, but with some extra’s for those who live out of town. This includes:


  • Everything listed above in All-Inclusive package
  • Extensive vendor assistance (meeting with vendors on your behalf)
  • Handling lodging and transportation accommodations for bride & groom and their guests
  • Arranging tourist activities for you and guests while you are in town (sight seeing, tours, kayaking, hiking,etc.)
  • Handling any details/arrangements the out-of-towners cannot physically be there for



Day of Coordination Package


The Day of Coordination package is just that: you get a wedding planner to run and coordinate your wedding day or weekend. Many brides want to plan their whole wedding themselves, but they do not want to have to do the coordinating on the big day. Planning/coordinating a “day of” or “weekend” wedding consists of :


  • 2-3 pre-wedding consultations with the planner (at least one at venue)
  • Access to planner’s secret Pinterest boards** (see below)
  • Attending & coordinating the rehearsal & wedding day events
  • Ongoing phone and email communication
  • Planner coordinates timeline & vendors throughout wedding day
  • Direct wedding rehearsal
  • Direct/oversee all details of ceremony & reception on wedding day
  • Contact vendors one week prior to wedding day for arrival times/details
  • Be the “go-to” person & have contact lists for all vendors on wedding day
  • Work with you to create a wedding day timeline, reception seating chart, and order of processional for the ceremony
  • Communicate with vendors on your behalf throughout the day
  • Ensure no detail is overlooked
  • Make sure the day goes exactly as the bride & groom planned


D.I.Y. Wedding


DIY is pretty popular these days, from upcycling to repurposing people are looking to get creative and do things themselves. If this sounds like you, then the DIY Wedding package is perfect. This package is specially tailored for the bride & groom who like to be creative and hands-on. This package includes:


  • 2-4 hours of consultation
  • Vendor info/recommendations
  • Design help/research
  • Access to planner’s secret Pinterest boards** (see below)
  • Planner will create a timeline for the wedding (rehearsal, ceremony, & reception)
  • Seating chart assistance (where to sit divorced parents, estranged family, etc.)
  • Planner will assist with processional order & other ceremony details
  • Planner will help create checklists and vendor lists so nothing is overlooked
  • Discussion covering all wedding details from start to finish
  • Essentially, the planner will sit down with the bride & groom to ensure they have a clear “big picture” of how their wedding day or weekend will look


Wedding Consultation


Do yourself a huge favor and start your wedding planning with a consultation. It takes about 2 hours and there is no obligation to hire the wedding planner after the consultation. You will leave with a calm direction on how to move forward with the planning process. You will have the ‘big picture” of your wedding weekend. As part of the consultation, I supply you with vendor information, wedding venues to check out, and resources such as motels, B&Bs, etc. I have accumulated a large pool of vendors in my 30+ years of wedding planning, so I can help with your many decisions like wedding venues, caterers, photographers and much, much more.

I love to watch the stress melt away as we unfold and clarify all the details.  A  consultation covers your budget, expectations, desires, & what you envision your wedding looking like. At the end of a consultation, you will leave with a clear plan. **Anyone who has been on Pinterest knows it can be an enormous time-suck. A large part of most of our packages are the wedding/event pins I have collected on my secret Pinterest boards. If included in your package, the bride & groom would have access to these boards. The great thing about this is that bride & grooms can add things they find themselves to my boards. This means that current brides benefit from past brides who have pinned, and future brides will benefit from current bride’s pins!
